1. Introduction & Our Commitment
Landbitt is committed to treating all users fairly, honestly, and with transparency. These Consumer Protection Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the fundamental principles and practices we adhere to in order to protect your interests, ensure the integrity of our platform, and empower you to make informed decisions. These Guidelines operate in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML/CFT Policy, and other governing documents.

A. Nature of Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs):
- We clearly state that VDAs, including cryptocurrencies and NFTs, are not legal tender and are not backed by any government or central authority.
- We explicitly disclose that the NFTs traded on our platform are digital representations of beneficial rights and do NOT constitute financial instruments, securities, or ownership shares in any company or asset. As per the relevant CBDT notification, they do not confer legally Registry level enforceable ownership of any underlying tangible asset.
B. Pricing and Fees:
- All fees, including trading fees, gas fees, withdrawal fees, and any other charges, are disclosed upfront in a comprehensive Fee Schedule available on our website.
- We will provide a clear breakdown of all costs before you confirm any transaction.
C. Risks:
- We maintain a dedicated Risk Disclosure Statement that details the significant risks involved in trading NFTs, including but not limited to:
- Market Volatility: High price fluctuations can lead to significant gains or losses.
- Technological Risks: Risks associated with blockchain technology, including smart contract bugs, network forks, and hacking.
- Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory landscape for NFTs is evolving and may impact our services.
- Irreversibility of Transactions: Transactions on a blockchain are typically permanent and cannot be reversed.
4. User Education and Empowerment
We believe an informed user is a protected user. Landbitt will provide:
- Educational Resources: Articles, tutorials, and glossaries explaining blockchain, NFTs, and safe trading practices.
- Clear Warnings: Prominent warnings at critical steps, especially for new users, about the risks of irreversible transactions.
- Security Tips: Guidance on securing accounts, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), and recognizing phishing attempts.
5. Fair and Ethical Treatment
- Accessible Terms: Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other critical documents are written in clear language and are easily accessible.
- Prohibited Practices: We strictly prohibit:
- Market Manipulation: Wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, and other forms of market abuse.
- Insider Trading: Trading based on material, non-public information.
- Misrepresentation: False or misleading advertising about our services or the assets listed on our platform.
- Account Management: We will provide you with clear tools and information to manage your account, view your transaction history, and control your privacy settings.
6. Security of Assets and Data
- Asset Protection: NFTs that are offered are subject to industry best Asset protection practises with security audit where applicable. Hot and Cold Wallet access are created to safeguard user funds where applicable.
- Data Protection: We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your personal and financial data.
- User Responsibility: While we secure our platform, you also play a critical role. We strongly recommend and facilitate the use of 2FA and will never ask for your private keys or passwords.
7. Responsible Listing and Token Due Diligence
To protect users from fraudulent assets, Landbitt employs a rigorous process for listing new Projects and NFTs, which may include:
- Reviewing the project’s RERA history and promoter background, team, whitepaper, and social media presence.
- Conducting technical reviews of smart contracts for security vulnerabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations. We reserve the right to delist any project that fails to continue meeting our standards or is found to be involved in illicit activities.
8. Advertising and Marketing Code
All our marketing and advertising communications shall be:
- Truthful and Not Misleading: We will accurately represent the features and risks of our services.
- Clear about Offers: Any promotions or bonuses will have their terms and conditions clearly stated.
- Non-Deceptive: We will not use false urgency or exaggerated claims to induce trading.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving user issues fairly and promptly.

Your Responsibilities as a User:
