A. Personal Information (KYC & Identity)
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, we may collect:
- Identity Data: Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Father/Spouse Name.
- Contact Data: Email address, Phone number, Residential Address.
- Government ID: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
- Financial Data: Bank account details (for payouts), Cancelled Cheque, and Source of Funds declarations.
B. Blockchain & Transaction Data
- Wallet Address: Your public digital wallet address (e.g. Polygon wallet).
- Transaction Hash: Records of token purchases, transfers, and timestamps.
- Smart Contract Interaction: Data related to your interaction with our specific land-holding SPV contracts.
C. Technical Data
- IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and login data.
2. How we use your information
We use your data for the following specific purposes:
- Legal Ownership Recording: To add your name to the Beneficial Rights List of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), being Trust, having exclusive access to Land Rights.
- Tax Compliance: To deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and issue Form 16A/16B as required by the Income Tax Department.
- Token Issuance: To mint or transfer “Tangible Asset-Backed Tokens” to your specific wallet address.
- Communication: To send you investment updates, dividend/rental yield notifications, and property reports.
- Security: To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access.
3. Blockchain & public visibility
Please be aware: Transactions on the Polygon blockchain are public and immutable.
- What is Public: Your Wallet Address and the Transaction details (Token ID, Amount, Timestamp) are permanently visible on the public ledger (blockchain explorer).
- What is Private: We do not publish your Name, Email, or Government ID on the public blockchain. However, sophisticated data analysis could potentially link a public wallet address to a real-world identity.
- Immutability: Once data is written to the blockchain, it cannot be altered or deleted. The “Right to Erasure” (Right to be Forgotten) cannot apply to data stored on the blockchain ledger itself.
4. Sharing & disclosure of data
We may share your information with:
- Regulatory Authorities: Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Income Tax Department, SEBI, or RERA authorities, if required by law.
- Banking & Payment Partners: To process your payments and distribute rental yields/profits.
- KYC Verification Partners: Third-party services used to validate your PAN/Aadhaar instantly.
- Property Managers: Limited data may be shared with the facility management teams of the underlying property for operational purposes.
- Corporate Restructuring: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the SPV, user data associated with that SPV will be transferred to the new entity.
5. Data storage & security
- Location: All sensitive personal data (KYC documents, Financials) is stored on secure servers located within India, in compliance with data localization norms.
- Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest.
- Access Control: Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized employees/agents on a “need-to-know” basis.

- Legal Requirement: Financial and Transaction records (including KYC) are retained for a minimum of 8 years after you cease to be a user, as mandated by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and Income Tax Act.
